Items that are not fabric or worn in close contact skin or hair can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Most of our items, however, are made of fabrics that absorb cosmetics, skin, hair, bacteria, perfume, pet fur, etc., and cannot be resold due to hygiene and health regulations. These items cannot be returned once bought.

We ship anywhere that the Swedish Posten ships to. This is currently around 250 locations around the world. The price and time taken depends on how heavy the parcel is and where we need to send it.
Lost or damaged items
We can guarantee that we handle our items with the greatest of care and they are examined before shipping Ingela cares deeply for every item she creates). And we always pack them well. However we cannot guarantee that the postal services do their job properly or that accidents don't happen before it reaches you. Most postal services have a minimum waiting period of 3 or 4 weeks before classifying an item as "lost". Only once this period has elapsed can we begin the reclaim process. We have to wait this long too before replacing lost items.
For damaged items, we claim against the carrier. For this we require the item, including the packaging as it arrived. This is because the mail service may require an inspection of the item for their insurance purposes.
